Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive the exact same product you see on our site. The colour could look a little different because of the device display settings. So, please make sure you compare the colours on multiple devices, if you are not sure about the true hue.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can see it in your email. Please check the spam folder as well. If you don't find it, please write us at support@peter-khanun.com and we will send it to you.

How can I return an item?

It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, and so we offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

To return your item, do email us at support@peter-khanun.com to get the return shipping label.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We try to restock items regularly depending on the demand. Please signup for the notifications so that you get notified once your favourite product in back in stock.

Can you see my card details?

No, we cannot see any of the payment information except for the amount received. All the payment information, card details are end-to-end encrypted and no one can access this information.

How can I take care of the product?
